9.0We had a wonderful stay at Bella Mare, and the weekend was truly awesome—thank you for your hospitality. The only challenge we experienced was the electricity disruptions.
− The property was clean and well-maintained, conveniently located near the Boardwalk Mall and within close proximity to the beach. We especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant, as well as the beautiful swimming pool, which added to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

1.0I'm not paying R1000 for the broken drawer. I wasn't provided with an inspection sheet or checklist at check-in, so I can't confirm it wasn't already damaged. To add to that, I spent the entire weekend with no electricity - it only came on for an hour twice, and there weren't even portable lights available, so I had to buy my own. I also had to get takeaways almost every day because I couldn't cook. Review the check-in process and CCTV footage before making any claims.
