Struttura con cucina e 2 camere separate, host cordiale e prezzo abbastanza contenuto

− Zona abbastanza malfamata, abbiamo visto scene assurde nella via di casa. Le lenzuola puzzavano di fumo e gli spazi sono molto stretti. La seconda camera è veramente piccolissima e non ha un armadio. Bisogna usare tutti la cabina armadio dell’altra stanza.

מיקום מצוין, קרוב מאוד לצ׳יינהטאון וליטל איטלי, ונמצא מרחק הליכה קצרצר מתחנה ה-subway הקרובה. שני חדרים עם מיטות נוחות. שירותים ומקלחת נוחים, מאובזרים ונקיים. המטבח היה מאובזר. צוות האירוח היה אדיב וזמין.

− המזגן רועש מאוד, ברמה שכמעט לא מאפשרת לישון איתו פועל בלילה (תלוי כמה אתם רגישים לרעש). בנוסף יש רווח קטן בין הקיר של החלון לבין המזגן כלומר החדר לא באמת סגור לגמרי, יש פתח כניסה ליתושים, רעש, ואוויר קר/חם מבחוץ. יש גלאי עשן רגיש ולכן קשה לבשל דברים שמעלים אדים (טיגון או אפילו בישול של פסטה).

Although the apartment was smaller than expected it was adequate for the few days we stayed in New York and close to Chinatown and Little Italy. I cannot praise the hosts enough as they were helpful in every way.

− No lift in the building so difficult for access with luggage as the apartment is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are steep.

Great location 👌 super comfy beds. Air-conditioning was adequate..better than none in heatwave that's for sure. Although a busy locale..apartment was pretty quiet Easy communication and instructions to find and meet the woman who let us in.

− It would be totally fine as a family trip with younger kids but a bit tricky with teens and one small bathroom. But very adequate. I would recommend to management to switch out dining table for a couch. Also an extra set of keys would have been handy.

Tiny apartment but great location

The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was good and someone opened up for us and left the keys on the table. The location in Chinatown is excellent and easy access to three subway stations. Kitchen tiny but well equipped. Shower was good.

− The apartment is very small. I know this is Manhattan but even having that expectation it was much smaller than anticipated. One bedroom had a queen bed and nothing else so we could not lay a suitcase down anywhere in that room. The other bedroom was a little better. Bring ear plugs as the street is noisy. There is no lift and the apartment is up two flights of steps.

Great stay in Lower East Side

Such a great little find! Right in the heart of Lower East Side with easy access to the subway and both Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge. Easy walk to Bowery, Nolita and Greenwich Village. Lovely comfortable apartment, perfect for four of us as a base, with a cute kitchen and decent bathroom facilities. Two comfy beds too, and the area wasn’t too loud in the evenings so was able to get a good night’s sleep. Would definitely recommend. Management company were helpful and easily contactable. Hope to return soon!
