− I didn't like it when I arrived there was a strong smell of sewerage it was so bad I had to get another hotel and was refused a refund for the first night. (Picture of the pipe the smell was coming from attached)

9.0Ideal for an overnight stay in London, loved the en suite being attached to it, friendly communication with staff, nice bright room and although opposite a pub - we didn't hear any noise
− There desperately needs a shutter for the sky light as we were woken up at the crack of dawn with light beaming in - no complaints aside from that
Comfortable and good value.
8.0In a residential area half way between Strafford and Leyton. Converted multi occupancy house. My room was in a loft conversion. Room was clean and comfortable. Shared kitchen I didn't use. Good for a single person or couple for a few days. I slept well both nights.
− Not sound proofed so you can hear sound from other rooms (not enough to stop me sleeping though). Stairs are tight and steep (I'm 67 and managed OK). No hot water in the sink tap and the shower was a tad temperamental. Not enough to stop me staying here again, just minor moans.
