Not the apartment booked, what a scam.

− For starters, it not the actual apartment advertised on booking.com. Very different from the photos. It was tired and a bit grotty, with damage marks on walls and floors. The carpets were stained. The bed was much smaller than the photos, and saggy and uncomfortable. It had few decorations and even less charm. Noise from the street late at night, even though we were on the top 5th floor. (No elevator btw!). The common areas and stairs were also unclean, and linen service half filled the entrance foyer. We questioned how it received any good reviews. Then after we checked out we were offered the chance to win £100 if you upload evidence of a 10/10 review. You got to be kidding, what a scam!
