7.0Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin. Lage zum Strand 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Schnitt des Apartments ideal für uns. Alles neuwertig.
− 1. Die sehr schöne Terrasse war auf der Westseite des Apartments. Eigentlich sehr gut, aber gefehlt hat eine Markise oder zumindest Sonnenschirm. Morgens zum Frühstück alles bestens aber nachmittags wurde es zu heiß, da direkte Sonneneinstrahlung und abends ab ca. 21:00 war's ziemlich laut. 2. Der Syphon in einem der Badezimmer war total verstopft, Das hätte man beim reinigen des Apartments bemerken und beheben müssen. 3. Küchenaussstattung duerftig

9.0Apartamento con instalaciones nuevas pero necesitan algo mas de mantenimiento. Esta muy bien situado, cerca de la playa, de zona de restauración y supermercados.
− La reserva ha sido para 5 personas, las camas muy bien pero el sillón estaba roto, no se ha podido hacer cama.

− Garage-Einfahrt zu tief, sollte minimum 2.00m sein. Gemessen war sie 1.99m Chech-in ohne Personal.
Fantastisch appartement, heerlijk balkon, ruime kamers en twee badkamers. Gelegen in mooi gedeelte van Playa de Segunto,
10.0Centraal gelegen appartement, dicht bij het strand, winkels, bus etc. Groot balkon, twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers, alles goed verzorgd.
− Bedden kunnen beter, zijn nogal hard en zitten bobbels in.
