Nice little apartment. Cleaning could be better.
6.0Location was fantastic. Easy access. Street parking. Was cosy. The hot shower. The air con/heating.
− Kitchen benches, cupboards, pots, Coffee machine could be cleaner. Lounge needed a rug. I saw rug in picture booking but no rug when we arrived to stay. Sofa bed needs a clean. Bed Pillows didn’t have pillow protectors. Bedding needed a clean. Washing machine cold water tap was leaking while using the machine so water got out. Had to use towels and the spare bedding to keep the water from flooding the apartment. Even with the washing machine off it ended up flooding the kitchen and dining area. The tap needed to be retightened possibly a new washer. Ended up turning the water off to the cold water leaking tap to the washing machine- it did the trick and I ended up using the hot water to wash my clothes etc. It worked fine. Beware not to turn the cold water tap on to the washing machine otherwise you will have this problem, especially if the owner hasn’t fixed the problem. I did let the owner know the second it was happening. I hope they fixed it. Wet kitchen sponges in the kitchen cupboard - that wasn’t nice. Kitchen sponges need to be tossed and put clean new ones. Fridge needs a better clean. The owner needs to get a better cleaner to do a better cleaning job!!!!

3.0The property was close to Stromlo which I wanted.
− The key was very fiddly to get into the unit. The couch was dirty, with chips on the back of it and stains all over it when I pulled it out for my kids to sleep on. We weren’t provided with any linen for my kids and I had to ring up and ask for it. I was issues a Doona cover for my kids but when I went to put the doona provided into the cover, the doona had stains and food stuck to it. The air conditioner spilled a huge amount of water on us while we were sitting on the couch at night. So I turned it off overnight, but the place was hot so we had to open windows to sleep. The blinds bashed on the window sills all night and the bedroom door wouldn’t latch at all so that banged all night too.
