− The host didnt let me in , was asking for an additional money on top of what I had paid on Booking .com. He offered another place instead of what I had originally booked . I have never been frustrated like this before. He insisted he was not going to let me in and so I had to find another booking which cost me more than I had budgeted for . No one should take this apartment seriously.. he will leave you stranded . I suggest that booking.com take this person off... If i didnt have a friend pick me up, i would have been stranded on the streets of london ! Such a shame

− The place was booked twice, according to the owner. So, he sent me at a small place, dirty room, shared dirty bathroom, etc.
Good option, if your overnight flight gets cancelled at the last minute.
7.0My flight got cancelled. Even though it was already midnight, I was able to book and check in. It's very close to the airport. Host was on the phone available to facilitate the late check in and was supportive. Very comfortable bed. I did get good night of sleep and returned to the airport refreshed in the morning.
− It's quite small and modest but it will do if you need an overnight stay in Heathrow unexpectedly. Act fast when that happens.

10.0Host was absolutely amazing. We had cancelled Qantas flight 11.30pm and he opened up and accepted our very late booking last minute. Close to Heathrow and restaurants.
