4.0Das moderne Badezimmer und die Waschmaschine.
− Das Bett war steinhart, das Sofabett hat gemüffelt und wir hatten keinen Bettbezug. Die Strasse war sehr laut - trotz geschlossener Fenster. Die Nachbarn oben haben die ganze Nacht mit den Kindern gespielt (wirklich, die gabze Nacht) und man hat jedes Wort gehört.
Too hot, need a fan inside the room.
5.0The accommodation provides a separate washing machine and dryer, as well as a full set of kitchen utensils. In addition, it comes with a private indoor garage with a door lock, which is very secure.
− It's too hot. If the maximum temperature on the day you check in exceeds 30°C, then this accommodation is not really suitable. There is no air conditioning inside, and of course, not even a fan. Once you cook, take a shower, or use the washing machine, all the heat will build up inside and have no way to escape. The host really needs to consider putting a fan in the room. In addition, the sound insulation of the house is not very good—you can hear footsteps from the upper floor very clearly. Also, since the house faces the street, if you open the windows for ventilation because of the heat, you will hear the noise of passing vehicles at night. Meanwhile, because the house is on the ground floor, opening windows for ventilation means you will attract a lot of bugs into the room.

8.0The location was good and all basic essential facilities were available in the property.
− There is no ventilation in the bathroom. While the temperature was high outside, It felt really warm inside the room with the window closed .There are mosquitoes when windows are open. I requested a Fan but it wasn't provided. All kitchen essentials were present however no medium sized bowl was present for use.

9.0Mooie locatie, met aparte gratis parkeerplek behorend bij de studio. Ook stond er een was/droog combinatie. Op ca. 800 m is een klein winkelcentrum.
