This was a convenient location for a brief stay, at the end of a long-term tenancy and prior to moving abroad. Needless to say, my stay coincided with wet weather - as per usual in Plymouth this winter - but it offered a comfortable shelter with no serious drawbacks. The host was helpful when required without being obtrusive in any way.

− Nothing to report. I'm confident that the property is closely monitored and that any necessary maintenance would be undertaken promptly.

Not terrible but wouldn't stay here again.

It was a place for me to sleep in which was the main thing.

− the bed was uncomfortable - it's like the matress was indented with a body or something. The smell of the place is also very funky and whether that was mold or cigarette smoke, I do not know but was very strong. You can easily hear the cars drive by which kept me awake throughout the night.

- Owner very responsive to questions and helpful - Good location close to bus stops and supermarket - Good facilities with full kitchen (fridge, freezer, cupboards, sink, washing machine) and sitting room (setee, table) - Private en-suite bathroom - Plenty of storage space in room - Easy to use lock system - Good WiFi - Main bedroom was clean - Complimentary toiletries and towels included - Leftover pantry stuff from previous occupants available in kitchen baskets to be used as you please

− Points marked with an asterisk have already been mentioned in previous reviews and I booked regardless with the expectation they may still be present, however I hope they can be remedied for future guests. - * The metal bed frame squeaks and creaks profusely - * The shower cubicle needs new silicone sealant - * The motion sensor in bathroom doesn't work well when standing in shower, the light will go out and require you to wave a hand out the top of the shower to re-activate - Emptying kitchen bins is left to guests but it would be good if cleaner could do a quick check after people leave for any problems. On our first day we unfortunately found the bin to be completely full to overflowing from previous occupants. - A printout of instructions for the TV could be useful, tried to connect to Youtube but got a network error so watched stuff on my phone instead
