3.0The property is located at a good location, but 1It was all dusty and dirty 2 The toilets were old, maybe not updated since last 30 years 3 Kitchen was stinking, the utensils given were old, disfigured, dirty. Glasses were 2 or 3 of 1design .. As if all left over items. The staff was using the cottage when not booked 4 No hot water in 2 rooms Generally speaking it was a bad decision to have booked it and wasted our time I would suggest booking. Com to check the place before putting it on their website. As a regular customer since last 13 years we are extremely disappointed. First time I booked for Australia in 2016.The apartments were above expectations, then Russia, Singapore, Turkey....... Long list. I should get refund for this booking as I depended on your website. Disappointed Customer
