Este piso necesita estar un tiempo sin huéspedes para arreglar todos los problemas que tiene.
3.0Lo único que me gustó del apartamento fue la ubicación.
− Nada más llegar, una de las habitaciones olía muchísimo a humedad. Más tarde descubrimos que eran las sábanas y las almohadas, que, o bien no se habían utilizado y las personas encargadas de la limpieza las habían dejado sabiendo que olían así de mal, o bien las habían cambiado sabiendo que olían así. Luego, poco a poco, fuimos descubriendo un montón de cosas más que no funcionaban o estaban rotas, como la bandeja inferior del lavavajillas, a la que le faltaban varias ruedas, y el filtro del lavavajillas, que estaba completamente cubierto de suciedad, el cajón inferior del frigorífico, que estaba roto y arreglado con un apaño, la cafetera que soltaba mucha agua cada vez que hacíamos un café, el toldo que estaba descolgado por un lado, la "kettle" que hizo un cortocircuito, la papelera que estaba rota, el aire acondicionado del vecino que echaba cuatro cubos de agua al día en nuestra terraza... Pese a que la agencia trató de solucionar algunos de los problemas (nos trajeron otras almohadas, así como otra cafetera y otra kettle), el apartamento no se debería haber puesto en alquiler en ese estado. Fue bastante cansado tener que estar señalando todas y cada una de las cosas que no funcionaban o estaban mal, y eso hizo que la estancia fuera bastante negativa en su conjunto. Una pena con lo bien ubicado que está el apartamento.
