4.0− We had booked 5 A/C rooms, but only 3 had working air conditioning. Additionally, several bathroom door locks were broken. When we arrived, the house was not in a reserved condition — the owner and his family were occupying the house. This was disappointing and not as expected from a confirmed booking.
