De ligging is perfect. Voldoende ruimte om te kunnen parkeren, een kleine tuin die goed bereikbaar is via een poort. En het huis( complete benedenverdieping) heeft alles wat nodig is voor een leuk verblijf!

− Het is een jaren dertig woning. En hierdoor is de woning minder goed geïsoleerd tegen contact geluid

Eigenverpflegung Nicht weit vom Centrum sowie Strand

− Für den Winter nicht geeignet . Fenster nicht dicht u d es war nur ein Pelettofen als Heizung zu Verfügung.Dieser sollte auch für das Bad was über einen Flur war ausreichen. Trotz das erwähnt wurde das es eine Kaffeemaschine geben sollte, wo man dann Kaffe mitbringt,war es nur eine Kapselmaschine wo man genau abgezählt eine kleine Tasse trinken konnte. Die Wohnung soll Rollstuhlgerecht sein was ich bezweifle.

Perfecte ligging

locatie was perfect. Op een 5 tal minuten wandelen van de zeedijk en een kwartierje naar het centrum. Ook goeie uitvalsbasis om te fietsen.

− als ik toch een min puntje moet geven is het dat als de buren lawaai maken, je het vrij goed kan horen. Als je daarmee kan leven is op deze accommodatie niks aan te merken.
