10.0Very well equipped apartment. The beds are comfortable. Clean in the apartment. Great contact with the owner. They are always helpful.I recommend

1.0Location no too bad, tram stop out front. Decent wifi Rooms good size.
− No hot water first day and had to contact landlord to repair. Mattresses on beds were awful, slept in jail cells with more comfort. Shower rail is broken and shower head has to be held to use. Key entry could be better. Not very clean.
