9.0Зручно коли втомлений в дорозі та можно зупинитись на ніч. Дуже приємна хозяйка та прийом. Ввечері накормили та ще сніданок включено в рахунок. Номера невеличкі на 4-осіб. В кімнаті тільки телевізор та пара стаканів. Постільне та полотенця чисті.
− Є запах, номер погано проветрюється. Шум траси заважав спати. Но тому хто був дуже втомлений заснув одразу. Електрочайник був би не зайвим в номері.

8.0Зупинялися в номері «Люкс» для трьох дорослих. Номер дуже просторий: дві окремі кімнати, великий коридор і ванна кімната. Є фен, шампуні, полотенця (по два на кожного) та достатня кількість розеток. Особливо хочеться подякувати адміністратору: ми приїхали близько 21:00, коли ресторан уже був зачинений, але нам пішли назустріч, приготували смачний курячий бульйон і відварили домашні пельмені. Порції були дуже великі, а ставлення персоналу - щире й турботливе. Саме завдяки такому сервісу залишилися дуже приємні враження.
− Є кілька моментів, над якими варто попрацювати. Диван у номері досить жорсткий для сну. Частина розеток розхитана - зарядний пристрій для телефону не тримається і випадає. Також більшість розеток розташована приблизно на висоті 1,5 метра, що не дуже зручно. Сніданок доволі простий (чай і на вибір омлет або яєчня+ йогурт), але найбільший мінус - очікування. Ми чекали майже 40 хвилин, хоча в залі були лише ми та ще одна сім'я. Крім того, сніданки починаються тільки з 08:00, що незручно для гостей, які планують ранній виїзд. Це суттєво затримало нас у дорозі.

10.0Постійно у відрядженнях, тому є з чим рівняти. Випадково побачила даний комплекс і вирішила ризикнути. Достатньо місць для парковки, дуже чуйне і комфортне ставлення персоналу, смачна кухня і, найважливіше для мене - комфортний сон. Особисто я отримала задоволення від перебування в «хап-ок», ще й за такий бюджет!

10.0Позитивні враження перевершили всі мої очікування від даного комплексу!!! Гарна, доглянута територія! Зручне місцерозташування. Все продумано, меблі комфортні, чисто, команда націлена забезпечити максимальний комфорт для своїх відвідувачів. Смачні сніданки доповнюють загальне позитивне враження
