10.0The property was well equipped and very comfortable. I stayed here when attending my goddaughter’s wedding and have recommended the cottage to others already. There was a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated.

10.0Excellent cottage! Very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Large enough secure garden with neatly mowed grass and nice garden furniture. Beautiful welcome basket that was much appreciated. Communication with the host was very good.

9.0Lovely village.2 great pubs. Location close to Brocklebys which was purpose of our visit. Lovely Welcome hamper.clean and comfortable cottage
− Booked for 4 adults and outside furniture was 2 chair's and table in a sorry state. Also states BBQ which we intended to use, we took charcoal,but it was gridfree and rusty full of water. Grass needed cutting. Maybe consider changing for paving or AstroTurf and replace BBQ
