1.0− Le fait de réserver le matin, et une fois arrivés sur place la dame nous dit qu'on fait il n'y a pas de chambre disponible. Elle a oublié de fermer la réservation sur booking de coup on se retrouvé a payer un taxi aller retour pour rien et sans place où dormir.

10.0J'ai passé un séjour inoubliable à Saint Louis grâce à la résidence Bis. Merci à Monsieur Cissé qui est une personne très disponible et gentil. Chaque jour il me servait le petit déjeuner sans oublier l'eau et le thé qu'il m'a offert gratuitement. Le lieu est très accessible, n'hésitez surtout pas.

7.0The host was very helpful and kind. She provided me with helpful direction to St Louis city. She was always available to answer questions.
− Not that I did not like it, but the hotel is quite far from the city, which could be slightly inconvenient for some people. It was difficult to get back late at night.
