− La douche: très peu accessible. L'eau ne s'ecoulait pas et ce, malgré l'intervention d'une tierce personne ( avec notre accord) en notre absence. La présence de cafards dans le lit ( l'appartement est situé près d'un lieu de restauration où il fait chaud et humide

− Scam Property Managed by Xamfra Realty Services – Booking.com Did Nothing to Help I booked an apartment managed by Xamfra Realty Services through Booking.com, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. The moment my family and I walked in, we were hit with a horrible, foul stench that made the apartment completely unlivable. What made it worse? There were four air fresheners placed throughout the apartment – a clear sign the management knew about the issue and still chose to rent it out. This wasn’t an accident, it was a deliberate attempt to deceive paying guests. I immediately called Xamfra Realty Services and reported the situation. After making us wait over two hours, someone from their team finally arrived, inspected the apartment in person, and confirmed the smell was unacceptable. They apologized and assured us that the booking would be canceled and a refund would be processed. That’s where the lies began. Moments later, they completely reversed their position, denied there was ever a problem, and stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. They lured us in with pretty photos and then turned their back the moment we needed them. And Booking.com? Useless. I called their support team expecting help, only to be met with robotic responses and zero accountability. Despite informing them that the apartment was not in a livable state and that the management had initially agreed to cancel, they said “it’s not our problem” and hung up on me mid-conversation. No empathy, no resolution, and certainly no refund. They’re complicit in the scam by continuing to list such properties and refusing to back up customers when issues arise. Booking.com chose to believe a lying property manager over a paying customer with a legitimate complaint. If this is how they treat families who are left stranded, they don’t deserve anyone’s trust. Xamfra Realty Services is a scam operation, and Booking.com is enabling their fraud. Avoid both.
