The location of the property and convenience to local cafes, shops and restaurants. The property had all necessary appliances such as washing machine, microwave, cooker, toaster and kettle. There is no dryer. Bathroom has a bath (bath mat would be a good addition as it is slippy) with overhead mains powered shower. Apartment is spacious with small sofa and large television, dining table and chairs. Although the apartment block is located off a busy area it was quiet. Access to apartment block with code was easy to use and the key for apartment is in a key lock anc eady to use also.

− On arrival the outside of the block does not look good, on entrance the main hallway is quite dirty with an abundance of old unopened post piled up. We were apartment 4, which on close inspection was very unclean with a bottle of beer left in the hot press area and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. The skirting boards around the apartment had dirt and dust built up and it was clear to see the apartment had not been given a good clean or hoovered properly in some time. The apartment overall needs some serious tlc and re painting. Mold build up on the tiles around the shower area which would only take a good clean to rectify this. The towel warmer does not turn off and the around the toilet seat area had not been cleaned. When we booked we paid for the property for six nights but it is only after you have paid do you find out of the additional £300 security deposit payable prior to check in day. You are only given access codes and details of key when this is paid. We had also been charged again after checkout but this was rectified when brought to pass the properties attention. The security deposit is refundable 5 -7 days after checkout but beware as it is actually only processed 5-7 days after and it is refunded up to 10 business working days. Again we received the refund promptly after complaining about this. Overall it was disappointing to see how unclean the floor area etc was as otherwise the apartment was in a really good location and it is a good size.

The location of this apartment is great, definitely value for money, although needs a few tweeks.

The location was perfect within walking distance of the centre of the city. And the parking was a bonus. The space was perfectly adequate for a few days and all the amenities worked.

− The shower doesn't work very well, although there was plenty of hot water. It had obviously been cleaned but not to a high standard.

Beautiful and quiet place, highly recommended for its ease of access and lovely design.

I really liked the ease of access and entry, the prime location of the apartment, and the harmonious colors and decor which made the stay very relaxing.
