Great place, value for money.

Conveniently located near a major mall, airport shuttle, market, church. A safe and quiet place that's affordable. Clean studio with great view from balcony. Owner responds quickly.

− Only 1 elevator for 24 floors, so just be patient, not owner's fault.

I like the place its good.. Very strategic location...

− The air condition unit needs cleaning the dust is so thick, there's no hot and cold and the shower needs cleaning, water pooling sa ilalim ng watercloset
