The location

− No water heating contacted the owner about it note that we were literally spoken a few minutes before she did not reply until the next following day saying that the cleaner probably took the boiler off and the room was boiling hot in the middle of the night you couldn’t sleep

The apartment was very clean 👌 everything was on point through the beds mattress are kind of old, but overall it one of the best apartments i have stayed at in Stoke-on-Trent, I will rebook this apartment once again i come to Stoke-on-Trent...... this was really absolute 💯 🫡👌

Ok for short stay

Good communications from the owner. A mix up with which flat we had was easily sorted. Location is central and good for what we needed. Parking was easy opposite. Flat was OK. We only stayed one night so didn't use many facilities. Bathroom had shower gel etc which was a nice touch.

− Kitchen and bathroom is a bit tired and cupboards could do with a good clean on the fronts. Bedroom is small and barely any room to walk to the other side of the bed. Only 1 towel provided for 2 people. Whilst the bedding was washed there are a few stains which doesn't look good. Bed is very soft.

good size living room and outside space.

− So many lights don;t work in living room and those works are bluish creating blury effect and toilet has very dark Wifi was at fault, later fixed. The bedroom is v tight.
