Lots of room to spread out for a mixed group of adults and kids. 11 total. Peter was very responsive.

− Had to hunt for sheets/blankets for extra beds for kids and also, no towels were downstairs. This can easily be rectified by placing linens in the downstairs closet. Dryer wouldn't dry properly. Downstairs bedroom door had window panes and no curtain. Owner apologized for these issues and said he would get them repaired.

We liked the hot tub right outside the bedroom. It could use some lighting out there though. The house had plenty of space and everything u could need already in it.

− The only complaint I have was that there were no lights outside by the hottub.
