Very convenient location. The metro station is within walking distance, and there are many cafés and shops nearby. If you are lucky, you can park your car on municipal parking spots along the nearby streets (some are free, some are paid). The entrance to the apartment is through a cozy courtyard, which creates a pleasant first impression. The building itself is old, but the apartment is very clean and has a lot of character. You can clearly see that the owners made an effort to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with minimal investments, and they did it very well.

− The main drawback of the accommodation — and a very serious one — is the boiler located right next to the bed. Judging by the sound when it turns on, it seems to be a gas boiler. The thought of a possible gas leak or carbon monoxide so close to your head did not leave me for all three nights. In addition, the boiler turns on periodically throughout the night, making a loud noise that sounds like someone slurping the last bits of a drink with ice at the bottom of a glass — right next to your ear. I woke up several times every night because of it. As a result, I had three sleepless nights. There were also noisy neighbors upstairs. A woman was walking in high heels above us during all three days, shouting at someone in the evenings, and one evening she was watching TV very loudly. In short, if you are a light sleeper, it will be difficult to fall asleep early and get a good night’s rest here.

Ambiente non curato per niente, pieno di muffa e umidità ovunque. Per il prezzo pagato non mi aspettavo di trovarmi in un ambiente così. Scarico del bagno dell'inquilino al piano di sopra proprio sopra il letto, quindi se qualcuno su va al bagno si sente il rumore dell'acqua che scorre sul letto. Bagno lasciato con la finestra aperta possibilmente per l'umidità, ma fuori c'era veramente freddo. Presa dell'interruttore pericolosissima con fili scoperti
