Didn’t want to leave this adorable and well located apartment!
10.0We loved our stay at Fern House! The beds were comfortable, the location was SUPERB, it was quaint, cozy and a beautiful accommodation for our stay in The Dales. The kitchen was well equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, a small milk was left for us in the fridge upon arrival. Great shower, good lighting, suggestions for local walks and pubs- it was perfect for our family of four.
− Steep stairs but we were all fine. We found the layout charming however older persons and very young children may have problems.
Can't wait to go back.

10.0Fern House occupies a beautiful location in the centre of Grassington village where you’re well catered for with shops and places to eat. We found it very clean and comfortable and a great base to explore the Dales from.

Great location , lovely facilities , but very steep stairs
7.0Location perfect , two flights of stairs were very steep for anyone with reduced mobility ( bathroom was not on the same floor as the bedroom )
