Verschrikkelijk, laatste boeking bij booking ooit.

Prima locatie.

− Helaas viel ons verblijf tegen. Op de Engelstalige website stond niet vermeld dat er geen lakens aanwezig waren in het chalet. Toen we dit bij de host aankaartten, werd hier niet prettig op gereageerd. Daarnaast was het bed niet schoon en hing er een sterke geur, wat voor ons hygiënisch niet acceptabel was. Om die reden heb ik uiteindelijk elders overnacht. Ik heb hierover een klacht ingediend bij Booking.com, maar hier helaas geen vergoeding voor ontvangen. Dat was teleurstellend, aangezien ik had gehoopt op een meer klantgerichte afhandeling.
