− I had to collect the keys in albufeira, which was not very convenient. The road where the office was under construction so it was even more time consuming. I asked for a cot and high chair and there was an issue about the high chair. I asked the host to have the sofa bed out & dressed 3 times in prior conversations and it was not done, and was not even working when we tried to get it out. The didn’t give us enough towels. Very disappointing trip when the host reassured us before our trip that she would be on hand for anything.
