10.0Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und liegt sehr ruhig. Von da aus ist alles Sehenswerte schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.
− Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden! Es fehlte für uns nur ein großes Küchensieb 😉
Schöne freundliche Wohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor
8.0Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, in der wir uns zu Hause gefühlt haben .
− Das Bad kann noch ein paar Verbesserungen brauchen: die Toilettenpapierhalterung ist kaputt und hängt so , dass man sie nicht nutzen kann . Der Waschbeckenabfluss ist undicht und es fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit für die Kleidung .
Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Preis eher an der oberen Grenze ( auch im Vergleich zu CH)
7.0Lage, Räumlichkeiten
− Fehlende Markise auf der Terrasse Badezimmer nicht sauber und im Vergleich zum tollen Innenausbau etwas heimwerkerhaft renoviert. Spots in Bodennähe gehen nicht. Z.T. noch Baustaub an den Wänden. Fenster im Wohnzimmer müssten dringend gereinigt werden.
