Host MONICA was friendly and always available to answer questions. We had a minor issue w bathroom sink and in 15-30 mins she was there to fix the issue. The kitchen was well stocked, pots and pans, appliances (toaster, coffee maker etc), we did not have to buy anything and that included seasonings, pleasantly surprised. Washer/Dryer was a plus and washed better than my complex laundry at home. I'm a clean/neat freak so everything I needed was right there (vacuum, spin mop) in case needed. The view (16th floor) and balcony furniture (slight rocker) were inviting. Bed was comfortable, large shower, decor was minimal but just right for a 1 bedroom apartment. Security was 24 hours and I felt safe at all times. Parking spot included w rental. Great amenities (roof top pool, sauna, exercise room etc). Entry into building was very nice. Valet person (I did not get his name - sorry) was very helpful and so was Front desk when I first arrived. I can't say enough about Provident/Booking.com. Location was right in the heart of EVERYTHING. Publix was right across the street and restaurants (many) 5 mins walk. Any other stores/restaurants were 10-15 min drive. It was a great experience. I will be staying there again in the future.

− There was construction going on in and around area, but it did not interfere at all with my stay.
