3.0Their breakfast was very good.
− I wasn't happy with the WiFi, I reported on the first day when I arrived, until my last day i didn't have it. The aircon had a problem the maintenance person came on the third day to have a look at it. Our room was not properly cleaned.

− I reported that my aircon is not working twice and no one came to fix or see what was wrong with it.
Our stay was beautiful but the stuff need to learn how to communicate professionally

− The room was dim maybe if they can do modern lights.

7.0The staff members were friendly, the breakfast was amazing, there were shopping centres very close to the hotel, the aircon was incredible, the garden was beautiful, we could park right outside our room, great TV channel options, and the room was cleaned every day.
− Hot water took a while to come out of the taps and the WiFi signal was weak, I actually couldn't connect to the WiFi.
