1.0− We were provided wrong access code to the property. So coming after 22 we were left outside without any support forced to look for other location late at night. Help line is till 22 but is also written that in emergency you can contact any time. But you cant. As they charge us full amount for last 5 days they cant solve the issue - they just do not respond. Amazing

− Que antes do nosso check out as 11hs uma pessoa colocou um código na porta e abriu conosco dentro, zero privacidade e nós sentimos invadidos. O elevador é sujo e tem mal cheiro.
