Schade um das eigentlich schöne Objekt, aber der Service ist ungenügend.
4.0De Unterkunft ist hübsch, modern und neu eingerichtet. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und ordentlich.
− Leider mangelt es massiv an Stauraum, was vor allem in der Küche sehr unpraktisch ist. Die grösste Enttäuschung waren jedoch die Falschangaben im Inserat: Die versprochene Poolnutzung im Nachbarhotel ist nicht möglich, da überhaupt keine Vereinbarung besteht. Zudem ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter miserabel. Man erhält vorab keinerlei Informationen und auf Nachfragen wartet man tagelang oder bekommt – wie auch zum Check-out – gar keine Antwort.
