Dreadful

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely everything We had been given a phone number for emergencies, no one answered or got back to us even though we left several messages. The garden has discarded bin bags at the front. We had no gas, so no hot water for 2 days. There was no microwave. My 74 year old sister in law sat on a dinning chair that collapsed (photo of chair included). Wallpaper peeling off the walls. No remote control for the television. Poor bathroom cleanliness, loose toilet seat. The downstairs toilet was blocked at one point. A message sent after our arrival that informed us there were no towels. Picked up a lamp (pictured) that broke in half. There are a lot more photos but limited to posting only 4. Basically this property should not have been let out in this state. I would expect some form of recompense.
