Bon accueil. Chambre prête tôt, cool, car étions en moto et appréciable de pouvoir se changer. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre assez grande et équipée correctement. SDB propre.
− Piscine très petite mais appréciable après 3h de marche. Dommage, pas de restaurant le soir en semaine

Obwohl, wie der Name ja schon sagt, das Hotel nicht mehr das neueste ist, ist alles in einem tadellosen Zustand. Das Frühstücksangebot ist vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen, wenn wir in Kandersteg sind.
− Wenn die Zimmernachbarn laut sind, bekommt man schon etwas mit.

Grande chambre, vue montagne, personnel sympathique, bon petit déjeuner, spa, proximité de la telecabine
− Mais hôtel bruyant, mal insonorisé. On a entendu les personnes des 2 chambres de l´étage inférieur parler fort jusqu'à passé 1h du matin malgré nos demandes de faire moins de bruit. Dommage, ça a gâché notre séjour.
