The only positive aspects are the availability of a auto parking space and a fairly good location of the complex. The owners do respond to complaints, but this does not fundamentally improve the quality of the accommodation.

− Please be careful when booking: the owner has several apartments that differ in quality, but neither the descriptions nor the photos clearly indicate this. In my opinion, this is done partly deliberately. As a result, the actual condition of the apartment you receive can differ significantly from the expectations created by the photos. From other guests’ reviews, I understood that I was not the only one who experienced this problem. Upon check-in, we found pieces of broken glass on the floor in the hallway. When we opened the bathroom, we were horrified to see broken glass everywhere, as part of the glass shower cabin was shattered on the floor. The staff were cleaning the glass for several hours, until 21:00., but even after that we did not dare to stay in a room where there was still a risk of cutting your foot on remaining glass fragments. We asked for another apartment and were given APP #1107, which, according to the owner, was supposed to be of the same category. Unfortunately, the quality of apartment #1107 was very poor. The so-called cosmetic renovation was done in the cheapest possible way: old ceramic tiles in the bathroom were simply painted over, linoleum was laid on top of the old floor (including in the bathroom), old furniture was also painted white, the water heater was very small, the automatic electrical switches were installed in a wooden box, the kitchenware was collected from whatever could be found, and many other signs of extreme cost-cutting. All the furniture and equipment in the apartment were so old and worn out that they posed a potential safety risk, such as the worn shower cabin that could fall on you, or the electrical switches installed in a fire-hazardous wooden box. Upon check-out, guests are also required to clean the apartment and take out the trash. Please note that nearby there are HARD Rock hotel where rather loud music is played every evening.

molto carina, la stanza non era quella vista da booking, era molto piccola però alla fine ci siamo trovate bene.

Well equipped apartment with beautiful views from the 15th floor. Spotlessly clean and great communication with the host.. Numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We loved the walks along the spectacular rocky coastline.
