10.0Location pulita e accogliente, molto calda e spaziosa. Cucina dotata di tutto il fabbisogno
− Gli infissi da rivedere, zanzariera del terrazzino bloccata...quindi non accessibile..(non ho forzato troppo per evitare di romperla)....anta della finestra cucina bloccata (probabilmente pernio rotto).... Mancano le lampadine nelle abat jour.

9.0Very nice written contact with the owner, keyless access (very handy, you can’t lose your keys), spacious, fully equipped kitchenette, huge parking lot around the corner, a couple of minutes away from the old center
− Not too much daylight because all windows go out to a dark backyard
