10.0Excelente atencion de todo el personal del hotel. las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño y las camas muy comodas. Tiene varias piscinas para disfrutar y los bares tenian bastante variedad. la verdad es que fueron unas excelentes vacaciones
− el Wifi no llegaba a todos los sectores del hotel lo que dificultaba a veces la comunicacion con el grupo que andabamos, sobre todo con los hijos. Muchas de las fiestas en la piscina y actividades eran en otros Hoteles de la cadena por lo que no pudimos disfrutar mucho de eso. No se permitia hacer reservas en los restaurantes de la noche y para poder conseguir mesa para todo el grupo se dificultaba bastante ya que eramos 16 personas.
Pasamos fantastico, muy buena playa y zonas comunes, el personal de animacion pobre, comida normal.
7.0La ubicacion, ya que no tenia sargazo, el personal, la habitacion y su vista, el desayuno, la zona de piscinas y playas.
− El personal de animacion, sobre todo de dia, fue inexistente, muy pobre en relacion a otros hoteles. La calidad de la comida, buffet y variedad, no es muy buena.
