− Маленькие очень комнаты, белье не сказать что супер чистое, включая полотенца , не указано что на второй этаж по ооооочень узкой лестнице нести тяжелые чемоданы не очень комфортно

She didn’t just check us in—she took the time to get to know us and helped us plan our stay. Her recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, beaches, and local experiences were absolutely perfect. She was always available to answer our questions, offer advice, and make sure everything was going smoothly. The palazzo itself is charming, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location to explore Palermo. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day of sightseeing Thank you, Anna, for your kindness, generosity, and genuine hospitality.
