10.0All the hotel staff was incredible, and that really made a difference between other hotels in hurghada. Specially Mussa, that works in the reception, was amazing. He was always ready to answer all of our questions with a smile, solved all of our problems within minutes and he was so involved.

− 我們的房間門口剛好是隔壁的浴室窗口，早上出門前隔壁剛好在淋浴窗戶沒關，我們都嚇到了

Decent value for a short stay
9.0Staff were very friendly. We ate the breakfast and lunch and it was good and tasty. Don’t come with high expectations, it’s a 1 star hotel. It’s decent if you need a room just to shower, eat something and sleep. The staff is the highest plus of this hotel!
− Cleanliness could be a bit better and the noise was awful. Hotel is close to a heavy traffic street and the noise did not stop until around 2 AM.
