10.0We visited during the winter and the property was like a scene from ‘the Holiday’. The lake views were beautiful. The property was very clean and had modern stylings. The log burner was a nice touch for the cold winter months! Free access to the spa and heated pools was also a big bonus. One tip if you’re visiting without children is to go during the lane swimming time, it is a lot quieter then. Lovely welcome package on arrival including milk and tea bags. A huge positive was the service received before our stay with communication on how to reach the property and facilities available. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful!
