9.0Great location, comfortable apartment, access to roof top. Very clean.
− Remote management means a some things need attention (broken, loose, missing, etc) Also access to the apartment using a phone app is not a favourite.
Well equipped home situated in the heart of Ostuni and close to transport. Lovely balcony and roof terrace.
7.0Situated in the centre of Ostuni, close to where the shuttle bus from the station arrives. Loved the balcony we could sit out on and the roof terrace we could use. Clean with well equipped kitchen and a dishwasher, though no dishwasher detergent was provided. A useful washing machine.
− There were steep stairs into the home and up to the laundry where the washing was and where the roof terrace was which would not suit some people. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with lots of springs poking through the mattress.

9.0Great location near bars and square. We were worried that the loud music would keep us awake but it quietened down so it wasn't a problem. Roof terrace was a welcome escape from busy streets.
− The bed, the worst so far on our tour of Europe.
the apartment facilities are utilitarian and functional at best the location is exceptional.

− the check-in , Raro Villas were a nightmare to deal with and I let them know it, we were furious about how we were treated over the 8 euro tax.
