Disappointing, after spending so much on this place.
5.0The location of the property was the best part.
− The jacuzzi was broken, and we were not informed of this and no-one came to fix it. We had to pay $25/hour for early check in, which is ridiculous, and even though we ended up doing it they did not coordinate with the housekeepers. Had I not double checked the night before our arrival, we would have been waiting outside with all of our perishables because even though they confirmed the early check in, we weren't allowed in until after the 4:00 check in time and we still haven't been refunded the money we paid for early check in. They would also not allow a 1 hour late check out to make up for their mistake. The house has no bathroom on the same floor as the primary bedroom, which is very annoying. The house is not very comfortable and has the bare amenities needed, especially for such a high price tag. Not even an extra blanket or a working toaster.
