7.0Very kind host, allowed us to check in early and answered very quickly to all messages. Easy to reach Venice by bus in around 20 minutes. Quiet residential area, and flat seemed recently renovated.
− It appears that the second unit (which is also rented out) used to be part of the same apartment, and it isn't properly acoustically insulated. When the other guests talked at a normal volume we could hear it as if they were standing in the same room. Additionally, it was quite cold in the apartment, despite keeping the heaters on.
