Todo o apartamento, desde a chegada, o conforto, sem falar na proximidade e acesso à praia. Não precisamos nem usar o carro durante a estadia, tudo próximo.

Foi ótimo. Fiquei surpreso com a localização. Condomínio silencioso e agradável para descansar. Gostamos muito da praia, muitas arvores, mar calmo, bons passeios para fazer de barco. Tem supermercado próximo para abastecer a geladeira, precisa de uma caminhada de alguns quarteirões . Ao chegar recepcionista estava ciente de quando chegaria, não houve demora para me atender. Reforçou algumas instruções que a anfitrião já havia passado para mim. Todo o apartamento organizado e limpo.

Excelente localização, fica em uma parte da Marambuda menos movimentada e excelente para quem tem criança pequena.. Apartamento bem cuidado, extremamente limpo e cheiroso. Zero mofo, zero cheiro de apartamento fechado. Pintura nova. A proprietária é muito educada e proativa. Moveis e eletrodomésticos novos e/ou muito bem cuidados.
