10.0A localização é excelente, com uma praça vibrante e bem estruturada em frente ao prédio, oferecendo quadras esportivas, atividades para crianças e uma variedade de food trucks. O flat é impecável, bem decorado, organizado e extremamente limpo. O prédio conta com uma piscina maravilhosa e oferece alto nível de segurança.
− A única observação é que, por ser um edifício novo, ainda não há uma formalização completa das regras para aluguel por temporada, o que pode gerar certa insatisfação entre alguns moradores relacionados
