1.0El personal de recepción, pero al ser un apartamento privado no tenía que ver nada con el mismo. No conocimos a ninguna persona que nos hiciera el check in o el check out
− No conocer a una persona física que los problemas del apartamento los solucionará. Las cortinas se cayeron. Sofás sucios. Al tener cerradura electrónica no funcionaba con el código que nos dieron. En mitad de la estancia se acabó la batería de la cerradura. Todo a través de mensajes con el estrés y perdida de tiempo en vacaciones que supone. Para ser un apartamento de lujo no tenía lavadora. 21 días sin cambiar las sábanas y la limpieza sin realizar...

Doesn't get any better
9.0Everything exceded my expectations. From check-in to check out . The quality of everything , the towels the linens, the way the kitchen was set up with everything you could possibly need .They even had ok google which understood both Spanish and English. Security was top notch.
− Nothing is perfect, if I had to come up with something it would be the hot water .I'm not familiar with having to turn it on . The switch is right out side the hall bath. I asked in the lobby problem solved in 2 minutes .
Good to know
The Security deposit of $300 will be collected using the same method of payment you used when you paid your reservation, and it will be refunded after the Inventory of the apartment is done and not extra cleaning , or extra odor , or missing or destroying items will be. Then it will refund the total amount if everything is good; otherwise, the refund will be the amount minus the expenses for the item to be replaced or cleaning or damage minus 3% for the Credit card transaction.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
