Never again
1.0Person in charge was rude. He/she? Talked loud while he walked on the premises late at night. He/she argued with guests. We couldn’t sleep the second night because a guest who arrived around the 1:30 am apparently only paid for one person(not 2). There was an argument back and forth with foul language from both parties. Person in charge threatened to call police on guests. It was a nightmare. Never again.
− Person running the place.

4.0The only thing is because is main street. Downtown Santa barbara.
− It's doesn't have it privacy. The room or pods wherever the call.
I had an excellent time at the hostel and a really happy it was there.
10.0i love the whole pod-centric hostel experience and this was an excellent example of it. i wish there were more places like this.
− i loved the hand-crafted pods and the simple-but-secure management system. and, State Street in Santa Barbara is s great place to be.
It felt just like the film I recently viewed in theaters “backrooms”
4.0If you’re looking for value and location this is for you, however, I’ve herd “you get what you pay for”…… I don’t think that I personally feel that’s a one size fits all statement.
− In truth it missed the mark because of the filthy state it was left in. The common area , ie. Was in a state of as if an attendant or cleaning crew came to clean and right in the middle of the tornado of tiding they left on a lunch break Never to return…. Not impressive need not say more……
