Cancelan con poca antelación por overbooking. Impresentables.

No pude tomar la reserva, me cancelaron cuando yo estaba viajando. Indignante.

− Me tomaron la reserva, pero al mediodía de la fecha en que iba a hacer el check in, recibí por mail la cancelación por parte del prestador del alojamiento diciendo que habían sobrevendido esa habitación. Por mucho que se disculpen, no pueden informar con pocas horas de antelación la cancelación, y obligar al cliente a buscar otra oción cuando ya está viajando. Unos desconsiderados sin vergüenza.
