Adorable but had some issues

I loved the location. Was super easy to get everything close by. The room was small and cute. Liked that it had a large apartment sized refrigerator instead of a mini hotel style one.

− I understand nothing will be perfect wherever you stay and I'm extremely easy to get along with, but i do expect a clean room when we pay good money for these services. Unfortunately, the room was dirty. The old cream rug under the coffee table is almost black with dirt. It needs to be either pressure washed or thrown away. There was lots of crumbs all over the place, a dirty sock in the couch bed, pizza crust in the bathroom... For having a 125 cleaning fee, it wasn't even clean like it should've been. On top of that, I wasn't able to use any of the dishes/pots/pans like i originally planned since i wanted to cook. There were dirty dishes full of black mold spores inside the dishwasher and it smelled SO terrible. I have pictures and videos for proof. I contacted the owners and they were very understanding and quickly sent housekeeping up to run the dishwasher but it did not remove ANY of the gunk on those dishes. I don't know how long the dishwasher was full of disgusting dishes but it must've been a long time. When was it last checked? I think the dishwasher may not be working properly and needs to be replaced/checked as well. I was not going to touch old dirty dishes from someone else with my hands to hand wash them. I had to contact the owners again and they wanted to send housekeeping up again to hand wash them. An outlet was also not functioning for the kitchen appliances and they wanted to send a janitor to fix it as well. A not working outlet isn't a big deal to me at all but I was only there for 2 days and this back and forth took up quite a bit of my EXTREMELY short vacation time. Also, the baseboard type heater they have in there is strange. That thing is either full blast hot or nothing at all. I couldn't seem to control it at night even on the dial thermostat. It's an old unit so the thermostat may need to be replaced on it.
