− The penthouse terrace is terrible, and furniture is rotten pallets, paint pealing coverings ripped and the area is not usable as an out door space.

− Collecting the keys from a lock box on a Sunday afternoon in torreveja instead of being able to meet the cleaners to get them as I was there already
