We absolutely loved the village, a quiet location with amazing people. Views from the terrace and from the living room were spectacular, some of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen. The villa is comfortable, clean, with great facilities. AC in every room, which was much appreciatted in July, as it can get very hot. We found bottles of water in the fridge and some fruits, and our hosts were kind enough to bring us fresh vegetables. There is a bus stop nearby, but the buses are not so frequent so we would recommend renting a car. There is a small shop in the village, a few min walk from the villa, and a little restaurant where Nina cooks the most delicious meals, our favorite place by far. We had a fantastic vacation in Fanos and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

− Not necessarily a dislike, just a small point - would make the experience perfect if an extra set of towels were available. Also, not sure if cleaning is done for longer stays, we stayed for 6 days and there was none. However, a vacuum cleaner is available, which can easily be used for cleaning.

Our stay at Villa Despina was simply perfect and exceeded all our expectations! The host was incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed, making us feel truly welcome. The house was spotless, sparkling clean from corner to corner, and the facilities were modern and exceptionally comfortable. The location is ideal, and the view from the large window is truly fantastic. It was a 10/10 experience, we highly recommend it, and we will definitely choose it again for our next trip!

Прекрасная вилла с лучшим видом на закат. Хорошая мебель, в доме есть все необходимое для длительного, комфортного проживания. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Замечательная хозяйка, которая всегда была на связи и была готов помочь с любым вопросом. При заселении приятным моментов стало наличие достаточного количества бутилированной воды и прочих напитков, а также овощей и фруктов. А за позднее выселение, ей отдельное большое спасибо :)

− Все было отлично. Единственное, что необходимо знать, здесь идеально жить, если вы на машине. До всех достопримечательностей 30-40 мин езды. До пляжа в Фанесе 3 минуты машиной

Apartament piękny, wysoki standard. Piękny widok z okna. Na miejscu wszystko co potrzebne, pościel, ręczniki, płyny pod prysznic itp. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Jeśli wynajmujesz samochód, w kilka minut dojedziesz na najbliższe plaże. Dobra odległość od lotniska.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Nicolaos – Spacious, Modern Apartment with Exceptional Host

Our 9 day stay at Villa Nicolaos has been a wonderful experience. The apartment is clean, modern and super spacious and everything works as it should (the acclimatiser especially). The host is very easygoing and very kind, he provided help in numerous occasions and provided us with unexpected extra bottles of water and fresh fruit at the beginning of our stay. The town is small but has everything needed in reach of a few minutes by car as well as a beautiful windy sand beach 20 min by foot. Overall just amazing price to quality ratio, would definitely come back.
